Yes, land in NV is cheap if you are not near Reno or Las Vegas. However, in low precipitation years they have to sell their cattle. They keep having to drill deeper and deeper for their wells (for their homes). On another note.. you ever want to get confused look at the laws and arrangements concerning water rights out West. Lots of very bizarre and slightly confounding items.
